Before anything else

Newport Harbor High School is a real school, and this is not its site. This software is unaffiliated: it is not operated by or endorsed by the school or the district. If you are looking for the school's own athletics pages, schedules or clearance forms, they are at nhhs.nmusd.us — not here. Nothing you enter on this site reaches the school.

Getting started

You do not need an account

Open the app and most of it is there without one: the season schedule, the programs, the coaching contacts and the record book. Rosters are the exception — they name real students, so a program’s names are shown only once you are signed in.

What else is behind a sign-in: the staff side — the dashboard, facility requests, officiating assignments, clearance records and the admin console — and the rosters, for a different reason than the other five. The staff side holds fabricated operations data and exists because someone has to administer it; rosters hold the school’s own real names and are gated because those are real. Accounts are issued by invitation only — there is no sign-up. If you were sent an invitation and the link has expired, ask for a fresh one at the address below; the sign-in screen can also send you a new password link.

Expectations

What is live and what is not

Duke, the in-app assistant, is real. It is a working AI assistant that walks you through account setup and can answer questions about the programs.

Nothing else writes. The sponsorship tiers process no payments and never collect a payment method. Approval and scheduling screens display decisions but persist none of them. Each of those screens says so where its button is.

Common questions

If something looks wrong

  • Dates look out of season. The dataset is anchored to a fixed date so every screen stays in season. That is deliberate.
  • Duke says it is not configured. The assistant degrades to a scripted onboarding rather than failing. It still collects the same answers.
  • A screen looks empty. Close and reopen the app. If it persists, email us with the screen name.
Privacy

What is collected

The website and the apps record how they are used — pages, presses, scrolling, load times and errors — for CosmotionAI alone, without your email address, your name, your account or anything you type, and with no advertising or cross-site tracking. There is no advertising and no cross-site tracking. The privacy policy describes the places information is collected and who it reaches.
